Combining Orders

Order Consolidation Information

At AB Store, it is possible to combine orders and make changes to orders that have been paid for but not yet shipped.

Please read the following conditions carefully.

(1) Combining Orders

If you have placed an order (for example, Order No. 1), paid for the items and shipping, and then wish to place another order (Order No. 2) and have them shipped together — this can be done by checking the “Combine Orders” box when placing your second order.

However, combining orders is only possible under the following conditions:

1. Order No. 1 has not yet been prepared for shipment.

2. If the total weight of the combined shipment increases, the shipping cost may be recalculated.

3. This is a paid service — €1.50 per combination.

After verifying the possibility of combining:

• If combination is possible, we will refund the cost of one shipping fee, deducting €1.50 for the combination service.

If the total weight has increased after combining, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the additional shipping cost.

• If combination is not possible (for example, if the first order has already been packed and is ready for shipment), Order No. 2 will be processed and shipped separately.

(2) Modifying a Paid Order

If your order has already been paid for but not yet shipped, you can remove specific items by contacting us at angelbricks777@gmail.com.

Conditions for order modification:

1. You can only remove items from the order — new items cannot be added.

2. This is a paid service — €1.00 per modification.

You may remove one or several items at the same time.

If changes are made to the same order at different times, each request is considered a separate modification and is charged €1.00.

3. We will refund the cost of the removed items, deducting €1.00 for processing the modification.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you wish to add new items, please place a new order and check the “Combine Orders” box during checkout.
